By accessing or using the pkjk website at https://pkjk.club, creating a player account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise engaging with any feature of the pkjk platform, you expressly confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in full. This acceptance is binding upon you from the moment of first access or account registration, whichever occurs earlier.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the pkjk platform, including visitors who have not registered an account but who browse the public-facing content of the website. Certain provisions apply exclusively to registered account holders, and those provisions are identified as such throughout this document.

pkjk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notification. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically. Continued use of the pkjk platform following any published change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The effective date shown at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the most recent revision.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and are to be interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning. In the event of any ambiguity, the interpretation most consistent with the lawful operation of an online gaming platform will be applied. pkjk does not provide these terms in any other language; it is your responsibility to seek a translation if English is not your first language.

To register and maintain an active account on pkjk, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Players must be 18 years or older to register and use the pkjk platform. This requirement is absolute and admits of no exception.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and other non-natural legal persons may not register player accounts.
• You must be accessing the platform from a location where online gambling is not expressly prohibited under the laws applicable to you. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of pkjk is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme administered by pkjk or otherwise prohibited from gambling on the platform by any restriction you have voluntarily placed on your account.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement — you must not be subject to any legal disability that prevents you from contracting.
• You must be the individual whose personal details are provided during registration. You may not register an account on behalf of another person, and you may not use another person's identity or payment method without their explicit authorisation.

pkjk reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, at the time of the first withdrawal, and at any point at which pkjk has reasonable grounds to doubt the accuracy of the information on file. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in a verification request may result in account restriction or closure.

If it is established at any point that a player is under the age of 18, pkjk will immediately close the relevant account, void all bets and wagers placed by that account, and return net deposits (less any withdrawals already paid) to the original payment source where technically feasible. pkjk will not be liable for any losses suffered by an underage player as a result of their unauthorised use of the platform.

Each eligible individual may register a maximum of one (1) player account on the pkjk platform. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, pkjk reserves the right to close all accounts associated with the same individual, forfeit any bonus balances held across those accounts, and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

When registering your pkjk account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, registered mobile number (used for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay verification), and a valid email address. You must keep this information up to date throughout the lifetime of your account. If any of your registered details change, you are obligated to update them promptly via your pkjk account dashboard or by contacting support at [email protected].

pkjk operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at pkjk's discretion:

• Government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence)
• Proof of registered mobile number ownership
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account showing your registered name and number)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the past 90 days)

Account functionality may be restricted until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials. pkjk will never ask for your password. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you, and you bear full responsibility for it. pkjk supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions on the pkjk platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). pkjk does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and we do not charge currency conversion fees.

The following limits apply to deposits and withdrawals unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion or communicated to you individually:

• Maximum single deposit: ৳100,000
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum single withdrawal: ৳200,000
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳500,000

Deposits are typically credited to your pkjk account within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. pkjk is not responsible for delays caused by the mobile financial service provider's network or processing queues. If a deposit is not reflected in your account balance within 30 minutes of a confirmed transaction, contact [email protected] with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals are processed by pkjk's finance team within 15 minutes on average during standard operating hours. Withdrawals requested during peak periods or subject to additional verification checks may take up to 24 hours. pkjk reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests, including requesting supporting documentation, where the amount, frequency, or pattern of requests warrants additional scrutiny.

All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, except where a player's primary payment method is no longer active, in which case pkjk support must be contacted to arrange an alternative. pkjk does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts not registered in your name, or accounts associated with another person.

Funds deposited to your pkjk account are held in a segregated player funds account and are not used for pkjk's operational expenses. This arrangement is designed to protect your deposits and ensure that your funds remain available for withdrawal at all times, subject to any applicable account restrictions.

pkjk offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed at the point of offer, and those specific terms take precedence over any general statements in this section in cases of conflict. It is your responsibility to read and understand all bonus terms before claiming any offer.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the following general bonus conditions apply across all pkjk promotional offers:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each offer is stated in the offer terms at the time of claiming. Meeting wagering requirements means placing bets totalling the required multiple of the bonus amount on qualifying games.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sports bets may contribute at different rates. The contribution rate for each game type will be stated in the offer terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the time period stated in the offer terms. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus offer may be active on a pkjk account at any given time, unless the offer terms explicitly state that simultaneous bonuses are permitted.
• Maximum bonus conversion: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the maximum amount that can be converted from bonus funds to withdrawable cash is 5x the original bonus value.
• Withdrawal during active bonus: Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is active will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any wagering progress accumulated under that bonus. The deposit amount net of withdrawals will remain available for withdrawal.

pkjk reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not adversely affect players who have already claimed and are actively wagering under an offer. Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred. Any attempt to manipulate or abuse bonus systems — including through collusion, use of multiple accounts, or systematic low-risk wagering designed to extract bonus value — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and winnings and may result in account closure.

As a registered player on the pkjk platform, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms & Conditions, all applicable laws, and the reasonable instructions of pkjk's support and compliance teams. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or at any subsequent point, including during the KYC verification process.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts on the pkjk platform, or assisting another person in doing so.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the pkjk platform, place bets, claim bonuses, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the house.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity, using the platform to obscure the origin of funds, or structuring deposits or withdrawals to avoid detection.
• Colluding with other players, including sharing information about live hands in real-time card games or coordinating bets to manipulate outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the pkjk platform. You are obligated to report any such issues to [email protected] immediately upon discovery. Any gains derived from an exploit will be reversed.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or reproduce any part of the pkjk platform, its games, or its software infrastructure.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour toward pkjk staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Allowing any other person to access or use your pkjk account, whether for gambling purposes or otherwise.

pkjk monitors platform activity continuously for patterns indicative of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, pkjk will act decisively to protect the integrity of the platform and the experience of legitimate players. pkjk's decisions in matters of prohibited conduct are final, subject only to the formal complaints procedure described in these terms.

All content on the pkjk platform — including but not limited to the pkjk brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, icons, text content, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of pkjk or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pkjk platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not constitute a transfer of any intellectual property rights to you and does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or transmit any part of the pkjk platform or its content without prior written authorisation from pkjk.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on pkjk's content or platform.
• Use pkjk's trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that suggests affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship of any third party by pkjk.
• Frame or mirror any page of the pkjk platform on any other website or digital medium.

Game content available on the pkjk platform is provided under licence from third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Play'n GO, and Hacksaw Gaming, among others. Intellectual property rights in those games remain with their respective owners. Any use of game assets outside the normal play environment is strictly prohibited and may constitute infringement of the relevant game provider's intellectual property rights.

The pkjk platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pkjk makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose of the platform or any of its features. pkjk does not warrant that the platform will be free from viruses, malware, or other harmful components, and it is your responsibility to ensure that your device is protected by appropriate security software.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkjk's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the pkjk platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their pkjk account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

pkjk shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for any of the following categories of loss, even if pkjk has been advised of the possibility of such losses:

• Loss of profits, revenue, income, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Loss of business opportunity, goodwill, or reputation.
• Indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from network interruptions, power outages, third-party payment provider failures, or events beyond pkjk's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits pkjk's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other matter in respect of which liability cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are dissatisfied with the pkjk platform or have any dispute arising from these terms, your primary remedy is to cease using the platform and contact [email protected] to initiate the formal complaints procedure.

pkjk operates a fair and transparent complaints process. All formal complaints must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint" and should include your registered account details, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting evidence. pkjk aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to provide a full written response within 10 business days.
